Hampshire Cricket has announced an exciting partnership with Geest Line, a renowned shipping and logistics company based in Fareham, for the inaugural Global Super League (GSL).
The GSL, set to take place in Guyana, South America, from November 26 to December 7, will see the Hampshire Hawks compete against four other top teams from around the globe for a share of the impressive US$1 million prize pool.
With over 65 years of experience fostering trade between the UK and the Caribbean, Geest Line is a perfect match for this partnership.
Known for their reliable cargo services, Geest Line operates a leading UK-to-Guyana route that takes just 11 days. Their strong Caribbean ties make them an ideal partner for the Hawks in this exciting international tournament.
As part of the collaboration, the Geest Line brand will be prominently featured on the Hampshire Hawks’ shirts during the GSL.
Hawks’ Road to Glory
The Hampshire Hawks will kick off their campaign on November 27 against Bangladesh’s Rangpur Riders. Their subsequent matches are as follows:
- November 30: vs Pakistan’s Lahore Qalandars (2 PM GMT)
- December 1: vs Guyana Amazon Warriors (11 PM GMT)
- December 5: vs Australia’s Victoria (11 PM GMT)
Should they qualify, the final will take place on December 6.
