The inaugural Global Super League (GSL) kicks off on November 26 at Guyana’s Providence Stadium, featuring five international teams.
Representing Bangladesh, Rangpur Riders join the lineup alongside Guyana Amazon Warriors, Lahore Qalandars, Hampshire Hawks, and Victoria.
The Global Super League was envisioned to bring established T20 franchises from around the world to the Caribbean, supporting the West Indies’ goal to reinvigorate local cricket enthusiasm.
By welcoming popular teams like Rangpur Riders, the GSL aims to showcase diverse cricketing cultures and talent, fostering global engagement with Caribbean cricket.
Rangpur Riders has a great squad and they have a couple of National & Overseas players in their squad with massive international exposure.
The newly appointment coach of Micky Arthur is a great addition in Rangpur Riders dug-out where they will have a great luxury of having a seasoned campaigner with themselves. Assistant Coach Mohammad Ashraful will also be with the Riders for the whole tournament.
